I live in a large city Dhaka .The density of population of this city is very high.Surrounding of my environment, we hardly ever find green area.Sometimes is we see some roof top garden.Major cities like Dhaka,Chittagong, Rajshahi or even in the major cities of the western world such as Mexico,London,New York,it is essential for fresh and healthy living that we setup what we lost from our childhood life.
If we start a kitchen garden in our roof, then we can mitigating a global warming through production.With these thoughts in mind we embarked on our alternative idea of indeed using rooftops to developed gardens.Where we can vegetate fruits and vegetables.So simply we can imagine that there is no space on the ground to do this type of garden.
So lets go forward with our intent. Bangladesh is one of the main victims of climate change .A country needs 25% of its land to be occupied by forests to maintain its ecological balance, but here the percentage is not satisfactory as much as required.How ever we can see same vision in the western country like Mexico, New york.In my country, the city Dhaka dewellers can see green so poor in number.
If we can grow vegetable or flower in our roof top garden, we can get good quantity vegetables.
The fruits and vegetables that we purchase from our city market often mixed with chemicals which harmful for our health also for our next generation.But a roof top garden can be a source of fresh and chemical free vegetable for the cities dewellers and also get fresh air.
